Because of the distance involved, these call-outs are scheduled in advance rather than fitted in at short notice, and the quote reflects the travel honestly from the outset. We keep both areas on our regular route rather than treating them as occasional trips. Because of the travel involved, we try to confirm the appointment details a few days beforehand. Households and businesses that have used us before in either area often find the second booking quicker to arrange than the first.
Centurion has grown quickly over the past couple of decades and now has a large share of estates and townhouse complexes, while central Pretoria retains more established, older suburbs with freestanding houses. Access in Centurion's newer developments usually means clearing a gatehouse before reaching your door, while older Pretoria suburbs tend to be quicker once a technician arrives. Traffic between the two areas can add to a visit, so appointment windows here are a little wider than closer regions. Some older Pretoria properties have narrow driveways, and a technician confirms access for these ahead of time. University areas around Hatfield can have parking restrictions during the day, which a technician plans around when timing a visit.
